Her beliefs about Pilates and Yoga
Through Pilates you can restorate your body after an accident or a surgery with safety. Also you protect your body from future injuries or Skeletοn Conditions, you make it strong from its base, its centre, Your Core! Through Pilates you will give the gift to your body to become stronger and lengthy. You will also firm your brain through the synchronization which is the fact that make Pilates unique. As Joseph Pilates said, “You will feel better in ten sessions, look better in twenty sessions, and have a completely new body in thirty sessions.”
Many women though their pregancy, want to stay fit, Pialtes is the best way to do it! It keeps the core and the entire body strong and fit without push it and injure it on this extremely important situation and by keeping the baby happy! Another demanding period in women's life is the Postnatal. Women are really exhausted during that period and feel their body really "heavy" and stiff. Pilates is a great method to comeback in fitness with conservation and safety to the body.
Yoga is a path which will never let you down. It is an enormous gift which you can give to yourself and through you to others.
Yoga is beyond physical action, is a Philosophy, a guideness to a better version of yourself. Through Yoga you open yourself to the Universe and to Life. You learn to control and stimulate your breath and your Chakras. Yoga and Meditation are one and all, they are life!
Yoga teaches you to listen and always respect your body, your needs, your efforts. Beyond a strong body it's always best to have a stronger mind and soul. Yoga is the only physical movement which can unite your body, mind and soul to One and Whole creature. As Patanjali, The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali said “Yoga is the cessation of the movements of the mind. Then there is abiding in the Seer's own form.”
As Pilates, Yoga also is a very nice and kind way for women to do in Prenatal period which helps them magnifically to have an easier and peaceful delivery and of course in Postnatal period to come back in track.

Pilates is a creation of Joseph Pilates. He presents his method as the art of controlled movements, which should look and feel like a workout (not a therapy) when properly manifested. If practiced with consistency, Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. The core, consisting of the muscles of the abdomen, low back, and hips, is often called the "powerhouse" and is thought to be the key to a person's stability.Pilates' system allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginner to advanced or to any other level, and also in terms of the instructor and practitioner's specific goals and/or limitations. Intensity can be increased over time as the body adapts itself to the exercises.

Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India. Yoga is one of the six Āstika (orthodox) schools of Indian philosophical traditions. There is a broad variety of yoga schools, practices, and goals in Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism. The term "Yoga" in the Western world often denotes a modern form of hatha yoga and yoga as exercise, consisting largely of the postures or asanas. The practice of yoga has been thought to date back to pre-vedic Indian traditions, possibly in the Indus valley civilization around 3000 BCE. Yoga is mentioned in the Rigveda and also referenced in the Upanishads, though it most likely developed as a systematic study around the 5th and 6th centuries BCE, in ancient India's ascetic and Śramaṇa movements. The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali date from the 2nd century BCE and gained prominence in the west in the 20th century after being first introduced by Swami Vivekananda. Hatha yoga texts began to emerge sometime between the 9th and 11th century with origins in tantra.
